Cacao Nibs

Our single-origin Cacao Nibs is made from raw beans sourced from small farm co-operatives in the jungles of Peru. Beyond being certified organic, fair trade and sustainably grown. These beans are also heirloom- meaning the seeds have been passed down from generation to generation helping preserve rainforest biodiversity and supporting sustainable livelihoods and local communities.

Cacao offers a less refined, more nutrient-dense alternatives to conventional cocoa powder. It is more rich in antioxidants, minerals such as zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, and unique compounds that have been shown to boost energy levels and feel good brain neurotransmitters. Our low-temperature process methods ensure that our cacao retains the original nutrition found within the whole bean.

Our raw Cacao Nibs is unsweetened. Add to any of your favorite recipes as sugar free chocolate chips in brownies, cookies or add to your smoothies.
